Terrance Gaiter has been working in medicine for the past 20 years and has spent most of his career with Urban Family Practice.

Gaiter began his career as an office phlebotomist for a family practice. By 2007, he was firmly established at Urban Family Practice, as a medical assistant and trainer for support staff. In 2015 he was promoted to office coordinator. Gaiter continues to progress at Urban Family Practice, now running two locations as office manager.
