Patient Satisfaction

 

After a patient is seen at Urban Family Practice, they may receive an automated survey from a third party service called RevSpring, asking them questions about their experience and health. These surveys allow our patients to rate their provider satisfaction and asks if they would recommend the practice or provider to family and friends. Patients choose a score based on a 100-point system.

In 2020, 75% of patients who completed the survey reported a score of 100% on “Provider Satisfaction Rating”; 64% reported a score of 100% on “Would Recommend Practice”; and 77% reported a score of 100% on “Would Recommend Provider”. These scores are a dramatic improvement from the 2019 results.

Another survey that our patients may receive after their appointment, comes from a service called Well iQ. These surveys ask similar overall and location specific satisfaction questions which patients can rank from 1 through 5 (1 being ‘Very Dissatisfied’ and 5 being ‘Excellent’). These surveys are very important to us because it allows us to see what we are getting right while shining light on where we can improve.
