Making an appointment

The time allotted for an office visit is determined by the number and complexity of the problems a person wishes to have evaluated. For this reason, please briefly tell the receptionist why you wish to see us. The information you give us is strictly confidential. When you require medical care, we make every effort to have you see your family doctor. When this is not possible, one of the other providers in our group will always be available. Be assured that she or he has the same professional interest in you, and will be in close communication with your own physician.

Calling Us
Routine calls will be received and answered during office hours. Our nurses and staff are capable of handling most of your calls very competently. If you feel that it is necessary to speak with your family doctor, please tell our receptionist and we will return your call as soon as possible. We ask that calls during the evening and after hours be limited to emergencies only.
