This online communication was set up help you contact your doctor, nurse, refill prescriptions, and schedule appointments, and obtain help with billing and form filling.  Our goal is to process all your requests by the next office day.

If you are having an emergency then call 911,  go to the emergency room, or contact your primary care physician, or the doctor who is on call.

A doctor is on call for emergency medical situations that cannot wait until the next office day. If you have an emergency after the office has closed then you can still call the office  (1-716-882-0366)  and ask the answering service to page the doctor on call.
